What is World of Anterra?
World of Anterra is an upcoming open-world pixel RPG by 81monkeys, with a nonlinear story, party-based combat and an interactive world.
When is World of Anterra coming out?
Steam lists a planned 2026 release without an exact launch day. The official BackerKit FAQ targets Early Access in 2026. A separate full 1.0 release date has not been established.
Is a playable demo available?
The official FAQ plans a backer demo before launch, without a date or public access instructions. The itch.io teaser download contains artwork, not a playable build.
Will World of Anterra have multiplayer?
Online and local co-op are planned. A June 1, 2026 developer clarification says initial launch availability has not been announced, with single-player the current focus.
Is World of Anterra coming to consoles?
An older campaign FAQ names Mac, Nintendo, PlayStation and Xbox among platform plans. It does not confirm console generations, individual dates or simultaneous release. The current Steam listing targets Windows PC.
